Project overview

BextaSol partnered with Ascentien to rebuild its Internal RFQ (Request for Quotation) Web Portal using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React/Next.js, Node.js). The goal was to modernize the legacy system to improve performance, scalability, and user experience while maintaining all existing business functionalities.

The new platform delivers a secure, responsive, and data-driven experience — empowering BextaSol’s internal teams to manage RFQs efficiently, track progress, and generate performance insights in real time.

BextaSol’s existing RFQ system had become outdated and inefficient, creating bottlenecks in internal workflows. The client needed a modern, user-friendly platform that could handle increasing data volume, improve visibility, and reduce manual effort.
